    agreed mate I wish Xbox one continued the avatar thing on our profile. Now the avatars have their own app you have to go on, pushed off the dashboard.

    I went on the ad the other day and only a theme and avatar picture pack was available to download after watching the video. I have logged into tonight, and I can't find the ad anywhere on the dashboard?

    Are you using Xbox One? I think it's only available on 360.

    Problem with these ads is they don't always appear. Best thing to do is restart the Xbox or you can return to dashboard if you're playing a game.

    I've had to do this many times with ads

    I don't think so, I'm sure I've been on ads I've clicked on before. All I'm getting at the moment is Netflix

    I had to press the home button over 50 times, kept getting the Jim Bean and O2 adverts. Got there in the end, and as a Milano Type R FN2 owner I'm well happy. Hot

    I am using a 360



    You have to go through all the top tabs and check for the advertisement then if it doesn't appear press the home button and then button A (i think that's correct but can't remember right now) but it's easy to do anyway. This refreshes the home screens and repeat until the ad appears x
