  it's quite a drawn out faffy process for information freely available online elsewhere really.
  That you have to pick 4 out of 5 types of thing in your chosen activity area seems frankly perverse.
  Why not just give them all?
  
  It also takes 4 to 6 weeks for them to mail it to you. Don't see any option for a downloadable version.
  
  I'd rather spend the £5 and get a whole book sent to me in 2 days.
