On Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd July 2012 (local UK time), eBay.co.uk registered Private Sellers who list up to 100 item(s) (with a starting price of £1 or more) in an eligible category using the Auction-style format on eBay.co.uk, will not pay an Insertion Fee per listing.

Items listed using professional tools, such as (but not limited to), Turbo Lister and Selling Manager Pro, are excluded. Items will only be eligible for this promotion if they are listed with the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad, eBay Android, eBay Blackberry and eBay Windows Phone applications.

To take part in this promotion, sellers must be registered as resident in the UK.

[b]What's Included[/b]



Only items listed on eBay.co.uk using the Auction-style or Auction with Buy It Now option formats in an eligible category with a starting price of £1 or more are included. Listings using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now. Sellers may only list up to 100 eligible items with a starting price of £1 or more during the promotion period. Once a seller has reached this 100 item limit, any items listed during the promotion period with a starting price of £1 or more will be charged standard Insertion Fees according to the eBay Insertion Fees Policy.
Items with a starting price of between £0.01 and £0.99 are excluded from the promotion. Please refer to “What’s Excluded?” for more details.
Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details
Only items listed with the Quick Sell or Advanced Sell (Sell Your Item) forms, or the eBay iPhone, eBay iPad,eBay Android, eBay Blackberry or eBay Windows Phone applications.
Any eligible item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional periodwill qualify for the promotion.
During the promotional period, if sellers re-list an eligible item that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-listed item will qualify for the promotion.
If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will not refund the Insertion Fee, as sellers would not have paid an Insertion Fee (the promotional Insertion Fee price of 0 pence) for re-listing the item.
For items listed in two categories, only the insertion fee for the first category will be eligible for the promotion. Standard Insertion Fees will be charged for listing the same item in a second category, according to eBay fees.
Only Private Sellers registered on eBay.co.uk as resident in the UK are eligible.

    it says private sellers* ?

    and I agree with AVANTIME, it is every other week these days because quite frankly is it not enough that they take 10% of your profits and charge you for some freakin extra pictures.. Yes people to flock to Ebay but, back in the day I was open to free alternatives its just nobody else is so I had to go back to ebay, but technically it should be free all the time and only 5% takings on everything.. They also make money from adverts dont forget!

    I used to Love this when it started YEARS ago.
    I could use the TURBOLISTER to relist around a hundred at a time.
    They stopped it as people were just listing C*ap.
    I still list around a hundred at a time, just takes ALOT longer

    very handy this as re-listing can be an expensive task when you know you have watchers wanting to buy, also as someone else said ebay could bring the final value fee of 10% down as on top of paypal fees and extra photos etc are a bit extortionate especially when selling lots of goods around £50 mark, brings a heavy monthly bill.
