Ralgex (not Raglex) is a spray for muscular pain and it gets hot after you spray it on,
it is the same type of thing as deep heat and those type of pain relief sprays.

Thanks, i've just been diagnosed with arthritis in my feet, at 31 i thought it was a bit early for this, but maybe I can get ahead on the pain relief...... if this works.

You should also consider trying Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate tablets. Unfortunately you can't get them on prescription, but research suggests they have considerable benefit for arthritis

I was diagnosed with arthritis at 15. tests showed both types as well. so 31 is early but not too early.
massage works wonders as does reflexology.
