"Healthy fast food chain Leon is opening its first restaurant in the northwest at intu Trafford Centre on Monday 17 April.
The restaurant will be based Regent Crescent, near Debenhams, on the ground floor.
Launched in London in 2004, the brand serves 'fresh and flavoursome' Mediterranean-style dishes to eat in or take away, from flatbread wraps and 'super' salads to Moroccan meatball hotboxes. The all-day food offering also includes breakfasts, ranging from simple porridge and toast to poached egg pots and muffins, as well as cakes, cookies and other treats.
