Yup same as me,shame really, but dosnt seem to work afaik.

Note that 'Your code can be used for a course within a collection but will not provide you access to the complete course collection. (A collection consists of multiple courses.)'. This could be the reason that it isn't working?

Generally, these are very good courses and if you look around there are a few free ones and beta ones for new products that are well worth a look.
#10
Yep, that is what is happening for me. Some of the courses appear as collections when adding to the basket. As long as it says course in the basket, it works fine.
#11
Failed for me on s 5 x 2 hr course, however worked on a 1x5 hour course.
So the above comment is correct. Make sure its a course with a single module - not multiple.

Hot as heck! I've just got an elearning course worth over £200 (Course 2282: Designing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory and Network Infrastructure) :) Once I've passed my MCP on Tuesday, this will help towards the next exam in my MCSE qualification. A million thanks to the OP.

Voted hot - just got my free advanced Excel e-learning course. Really good find, well done.
#21
I went for Excel core training: https://www.microsoftelearning.com/eLearning/courseDetail.aspx?courseId=19000
Should be a good refresher as I have forgotten everything I learned at GSCE.

thanks!
#22
I went for the core excel 2003 course, should be a great refresher as i haven't touched the program since IT lessons nearly ten years ago.

cheers!
#23
out of curiosity i checked to see if i could order a second free course with the same code on the same Live ID - it let me!
not sure if i will be followed up on this, will let you know.

(went for excel advanced btw)
#24
If you need multiple courses then you can as long as you have multiple passports.
#25
i have managed to get 6 courses so far with the same passport/ID and code:
excel
excel advanced
word
word advanced
access
powerpoint

i have downloaded each course to do offline too, and they are working.

i am gonna keep going, mainly because now that i actually have some learning to do i feel like procrastinating.
