The guys child may have been elsewhere like with it's mother or at a relatives. Dad could have been Xmas present shopping - saw it and thought it would be nice to take home for said child. I like how people assume untoward things about people like they are some kinda weirdo or something

its a build and take home event in Poole today.

Thanks op. Have some heat no purchase necessary, just rock up - build it, then take home. Event been on since 5th December and lasts until stock runs out. Still plenty left today at Wyvern Retail Park - Derby.

built the millennium falcon today in middle of tesco (40 year old bloke in 3 piece suit) so could take it back for my son.
