  Got it working, but had to visit the site a few times b4 it popped up lol

  NEVER thought i'd see ME2 on my humble laptop. Had to use my ethernet connection (150mbps over the WLAN wasn't enough to keep things stable), but it works superbly.

  so the are streaming a high res (?) video of you playing a game which you are controlling remotely?
  *scratches head*
  if so i suppose 'anything' with graphics card capable of rendering the video back and connection speed could play any game?
  pretty cool if so but cant see it remaining free or even cheap?

  LOL I kept getting the "Don't be sad, your speed is too slow" message, so I hooked my laptop up to the router via cable and instead got this message:
  
  "We're sorry! Your network response times are unusually high. Please try again later. If you continue receiving this errorMessage, it may be because you are too far from Gaikai's servers."
  
  Can't win with these guys!

  Phew, got it working, played some Mass Effect 2.
  
  Quite impressive - the response time is really good.
  
  I can see stuff like this giving consoles a run for their money once fast very broadband is commonplace. A simple set-top box could handle the service.

  Don't have fast enough internet (Stupid BT have enabled Infinity at all cabinets at the Haslington exchange apart from ours -_-)
  Not voting as I can't test it. Hopefully it'll work better than onLive. (which I tried elsewhere on a 10mb connection). It worked but would go choppy every so often. It'd be much better if you could change the resolution you play at.

  I got 40mb connection and it tells me it's too slow! I'll go back to my downloads @ 4MB/s!

  I should note here that my connection is 30mb and it worked flawlessly the first time. However, subsequent uses have had me restarting my browser in order to connect without the Bandwidth error.
  
  Just be persistent with it and it'll work eventually :-)
