This is a free website that let you make a ppi missold complaint to any banks in u.k. Any other companies will charge you up to 40% of the money you get back from bank on any ppi claim but THIS one is Free. You get to keep 100% and you filled in evrything online. I don' t know if I have any ppi on anything and I don't have any accounts details and it still works!! I filled in the forms last weekdend and I already got responses back from some banks to say I don't have any ppi. At least I checked as you only get two more years to claim or you can never claim!! Quick or you lose out. You got nothing to lose and you get to refer to fos if you don't get the response from banks?

"free" claim because they take a 10% , all banks do PPI claims for free, these people just write to your bank.

I missed that. Where does it say they take 10%?

Wrong. It would help if you investigated the item before commenting. This is money saving expert encouraging you not to pay anything to claims companies.

Even I dont see this 10% cut/kickback.

Can anyone please enlighten us more?

If you claim directly to your bank or credit card company you get the money you paid back with an 8 percent compounded interest. If you use a claims company they will take between 10 and 20 percent of your settlement amount as a commission for doing all the legwork. I did it myself with HSBC and it took 3 letters and a couple of forms but got it back in about 3 months. If you can be bothered it's worth doing it your self at first. If it becomes difficult you have the ombudsman to use. More than half of the claims referred to them get found in the favour of the claimant. If you can't be bothered to write letters etc use a claim company but do not pay up front for any work. It should be no win no fee. If they want a deposit move on to another.

It is free, what I like about this website is that I do everything electronically, I do the forms on,one and I don't have to pay for the postage. The bank sent me letters and they paid the postage. I don't . I got nothing to lose except 15 minutes of time time and if they did find any ppi on credit cards or loans . The money I get back would be worth 15 minutes of my time.

You can make other complaint to banks as well such as packaged accounts

Slightly off topic but I used resolver for my airline compensation claim against Norwegian Air. It's useful, because when I had to take Norwegian to court (they don't pay compensation...ever...but that's another story) you can email all your saved correspondence (on resolver) directly to the company handling your claim...which I won btw :D

resolver.co.uk is free, I have used it, I've got a bunch of PPI claims outstanding, but I have had one pay out for just over £220 and I got all of the money, nothing went to resolver.co.uk.

Basically, it just allows you to fill in a bunch of questions which the banks etc need and it packages them into a neat email and sends it off to the right email address.

No fee, no hassle, maybe you get some money..

It is all good.

This should be super hot!

resolver doesn't charge anything. totally free and easy to use. their tool asks a few questions and help you fill out your complaint/claim. best thing is, if you don't hear back or you r not happy with outcome, they will guide you to forward your case to an ombudsman. if you look at ombudsman and adviceuk websites, they have links to resolver.
