I don't think it's a scam or anything though, but I also don't think we will get t-shirts out of it. Nobody on the forums has reported either getting it or not getting it.

  I didn't fill it in, in the end. I decided that there was probably next to no chance of getting a response from it.
  
  However, as it's been up for 4 years, it's unlikely to be taken down anytime soon, so if you guys get a t-shirt, you could report back here to the rest of us :3
