didnt post this as not sure how much you have to pay for balls -still good though especially for kids off school - let off some steam

map of locations here. Have to pay £7.50 for 100 paintballs.

Yeah, I wasn't sure where to put it so I stuck it here but put the thing about checking term 6 at the bottom. Probably better off in vouchers or something if someone wants to move it. Still, £7.50 for a days paintballing is bargain.

Its never £7.50 or 'free'.

You need around 500-1000 paintballs... 1000 if you actually want to play every game and not have to worry too much about ammo. Nearly every promotion which allows free entry or 'paintball' for £10 doesnt give you anywhere near enough paintballs and then they overcharge you for paintballs you will need to purchase.

It usually works out ALOT cheaper if you buy a package with 500-1000 paintballs included rather than a 'free' promotion.

£7.50 for 100 paintballs and on the UKPaintballs website it says some vendors only allow you to purchase per 100.. so you're looking at £40-75 per person (more than likely £75). Alot of paintballing venues do package deals which give you 1000 paintballs for £40-50, so it works out cheaper if you just go paintballing normally than use one of these deals which aims to trick you into thinking its a cheap day out.

The amount of paintballs needed is a variable, i.e its upto you. It depends how you play the game, if you go in like rambo shooting all over the place then you will need 600+ for the day.

I've been a fair few times and never used over 500 but some friends thought they were starring in a Vietnam film and used well over a 1000 plus smoke bombs.

Fair do's you can use only a few but as this is for the summer holidays and it's aimed at kids............

Myself I always use loads. I would say I'm slightly better than average at accuracy and feel that if someone is standing somewhere stupid they deserve to be shot as many times as possible. It's educating them isn't it :D

Check with the venue as for what packages are available. I did one a while ago that was half a day and worked out at about £30 quid each. Not cheap but a different and fun day out
#12
yeah I gotta agree, ends up costing nearer £50 for the day out lol.
I went once and used 400 paintballs and i was being very scarce with shooting.. include travel there and back and buying some food and it sets you back a fair bit!

are the tickets for one person, cuz it mentions the amount of games, but not the people!!
