Free Polar Bear & More Baby Freebies

This was posted 5 mths ago (http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/201004/free-polar-bear-toy-and-baby-pack/) but THE OFFER IS BACK AGAIN !

Last time around I received a polar bear (good quality fluffy white bear with a little Aptamil logo on its hind) and a few goodies for my nephew. You can use a phantom DOB if you like, but use a different email address that is not registered with them (spare email addy).
