Yes exactly. I got one of these a few years ago - what a disappointment! Really stupid of Canon.

Ah yes, I was about to say too, useless print, waste of time with all the Canon advertising printed across your picture.

I have had pictures printed using this before, there is something in the top right corner, and bottom left corner. I got pictures where what I wanted was elsewhere and then cut them up for my scrapbook

You are missing the point of this entirely!
Not really useless as the purpose is to show you the print quality of a printer before you buy!

Send them a picture with extra bits on where they print onto. Then just cut them off?

Works if you know where they will print.
