is there a reference number on the letter for this offer??

Phone them up, ask if they can do you an offer as you are thinking of dropping something from your sky pack. If they say no, leave it a day and repeat, I've never had them refuse to give a discount.

Rang up to query a bill and just thought I would chance it.
Told the bloke I had been sent the letter and quoted some of the crap off there, when he tried to put it through it wouldnt work and was coming up £22+ a month so he credited my account £44+ to compansate for what they are gonna charge and reminded me to cancel by 7th of next month.
