Courtesy of a Night less ordinary - who give free tickets to anyone under the age of 26. The scheme is to get more younger people going to the theatre.

Dates: (All Mondays) - 10th August 7:30pm .17th August 7:30pm .24th August 7:30pm .31st August 7:30pm

Just Phone up 0844 3385 007 and ask if the are any available tickets under the 'A Night Less Ordinary' promotion. I rang today and there are seats available - but seats are limited - so get in quick.

You can order two tickets max per transaction - but as i needed four tickets (22 year old, 20 year old and two children), myself and someone else rang up at the same time. You need to give the details and address of yourself and the date of birth of the other person who will be going with you.

All they ask is that on the night you take ID to prove you are under 26.
The seats arent the best, but remember they are FREE!

Oh and lines are open between 10-8.
I was ringing from 8:30am and could not undertand why i could not get through.

Also for those who do not live in Birmingham this promotion is running in many theatres throughout the country for various shows, so check your local theatres.

Just so you know, the Hippodome is something completely different...

That is just ageist. Older people need encouragement too.
#3
i qualified as im 22.

But i understand how many older people have not been to the theatre (or only been a few times) and this is mainly down to the high cost. So sorry if this promotion does not apply for you.

I saw it in London and my only complaint would be that I wasn't deaf that evening and my seats were facing the stage. Hideous show. £4 for a beer in the bar too:whistling:

Free would be a good price though.

"Free Tickets 4 " What on earth does this actually mean? Is it supposed to say "4 free tickets"?

I think its supposed to be Free tickets FOR, but you only get a limited amount of characters in the title so it was changed to 4 so that it would all fit (I could be wrong though!)

Sorry Satsman - it should have read Free Tickets for... but writing it as a word meant the title was too long and covered two lines. So i edited the post using the number to shorten it.

yes Kelly you were right. :)

i'm afraid you are - as they ask if you are under 26 and then for your date of birth. Even if you do give a false DOB, you still have to take ID to prove it.

I'm going tonight and i cant wait, although there have been mixed reviews on the show.

I have just got back from there and i thought it was an amazing show. I would have been pleased if i had paid £30, but for free made it even more better and there were plenty of empty seats.

If you live in or around Birmingham or you will be visiting book your free seats, im sure you wont be disappointed.

Just called....all seats have gone....
#16
thats really strange as there was loads of empty seats last night and the people at the back were moving forwards. I suppose they keep plenty of seats free for the people who turn up and pay right before the promotion.

went last night, it was great better than when i saw it in london, the main girl in it had a great voice :O

glad yyou enjoyed it. Everyone i know who went loved it. If i had the money i would go again. Everyone i told about it were jealous. Just glad i got in early when tickets were still available
