It depends.

The radio stuff is pretty much all in London.

Most of the BBC's programming is transferred to Pinewood these days which can be a cow to get to and from with public transport. Otherwise it's TV centre.

Be warned that all tickets are provided on a first come, first seated basis. They give out nearly twice as many tickets as they can seat so if you arrive late (and by this, assume it to be at least a 90 minute queue-time) you may get turned away.

Also with shows like WEAKEST LINK ensure you read their clothing stipulations clearly or again you'll be sent away.

Thanks scissorhands, Im up in Fife, Scotland, so I dont think I will bother.

Maybe if there were any in Glasgow or Edinburgh, I would try but a good deal for those that get it.

Worth keeping an eye out for JUST A MINUTE then as it goes on tour. However the next series is London based. Check the link around December 2008.

Sounds a long way off I know - but it's JUST A MINUTE! Worth the wait :)

yeah a lot at Pinewood in Slough, missus got tickets to see Lily Allen & Friends a few weeks ago... 3 hour queue!! They will however give you priority tickets for the next show if you can't get in, but if your driving for miles and spending £50 on fuel (like me!) then the priority tickets can be shoved where the sun doesn't shine!

However after seeing the rather boring, ignorant and downright rude (and not in a good way!) Lily Allen show, I would have rather spent the £50 on paying someone else to go

Why couldn't she have got tickets for Top Gear!

ALSO

If your a Bond fan you can see the 007 Stage there

Good post Bookworm. Heat & rep added.
If you sign up on this site you are normally one of the 1st to be notified of available tickets. If you click on Can't find what your looking (bottom left) you can register there. There are shows all over the country including Scotland. x

thanx, always wanted to watch a live show :)

Good post! If anyone wants to see a wider variety of shows, you can visit www.sroaudiences.com or www.applausestore.com. BBC is usually really good for availability and I've had some good nights at some of the Radio 4 comedy shows. Applause tend to have really popular shows and so you don't always get your choice.
