  I can't understand why these companies promise free stuff and then don't send it out. It may make people more aware of their company and/or product but it also makes people more aware of companies that lie and cheat their potential customers. In my book, a company that lies to me and gets caught out doesn't deserve to do business with me.

  With so many of you reporting that you've not received the toothbrush/toothbrush in the past, I've written to Aquafresh to see what's going on. I'll report back if/when they reply.
