Please be aware that if you don't complete the course they will charge you £100.

They are currently trying to charge my daughter who is unable to finish her course, as she has moved out and doesn't have internet connection in her flat to allow her to continue the course.

is this means tested or can someone with an Masters degree apply? I quite fancy the Emotional Intelligence course.

I am almost sure that anyone can still apply, they ask you fill in forms then it is sent off for your application to be assessed adn then they confirm it back to you, however, I am almost sure it is still open to anyone.

I finished my course at the end of last year but as I said my daughter is struggling due to not having a computer to do the work and they are adamant that will send her a bill in July this year.

Please don't let this put anyone off, they give plenty time to do it, just if there are circumstances like this or you just don't complete they will come and get the money.
