Thanks for that, great recipes, looking at the way they torture them animals just to feed us makes me sick, tried going veggie a few yeas ago but there wasnt much choice, seems to be more hip to be cruelty free now adays I think we will ty it again.
Just seems that man thinks everything on this planet is put here for us to abuse.:x

Thanks.
My current diet has been pretty solid with vegetarian food although I'm not sure I could complete the crossover.
A few extra recipes and info may take me a few steps closer.
