Yeah I have done this before and received it so I wouldent worry :D

I just can't believe it, Thames Water doing something generous and unselfish. Not exactly their MO as usually their are an absolute shower......

I'm prepared for disappointment but I'll keep an open mind for now. Nice find, heat added.
#25
Brilliant - ordered 4 items and received them today - can't say fairer than that! By the way, not a Thames Water customer.

seems fine, had a cheapo shower head from B&Q in the kids bathroom and this one looks better (chrome) and flow is greater than the old one lol!! cant put it in the ensuite as seperate shower is electric and no shower in bath and have an expensiveish shower head there anyway

cistern cystal thing looks useless as does the hippo mini bin liner and tap attachment

Cheers!, has a shower yesterday with it and it's actually ok, it doesnt shoot as far or hard as my old head but due to it's width it's a wider flow and actually ok to shower with.

The toilet water save thing is useless on mine, as it hardly flushes full up let alone with this in there!.

Havent tried the plant water save gel yet.

Got the two different tap attachments but neither fit my taps. Tried them at my mum's but didn't fit them either. Tried them at a mate's and, yes you guessed it, they wouldn't fit. Useless.
#31
Thats why I didnt order them tap things, both my kitchen and basin taps are sealed complete metal units.
#32
Im a Southern Water customer, I only ordered the other day, and ive got a package waiting for me at the post office... its going to be the shower hear etc as its the only thing ive got to be delivered :)
#33
thanks OP, needed a shower head and this one is great, surprisingly leaves a lot of pressure while reducing flow, very impressed and its quiet unlike the water widgets posted before...

I agree with others tap diffusers don't fit most taps. Shower timer is good though, have been wanting to reduce my shower length.

Also I live in Lancashire so no problems being miles from London!

Tried it here, and wouldn't let me based on my postcode.

update: Even though I got a warning saying I wasn't in the area - I received an order confirmation email!
