At the bottom of the form it says:

* We can supply 100 of our leaflets and cistern devices free of charge. Thereafter, each leaflet, Hippo/Save-a-flush will cost 30p

what if they sent me one and then charge me? How're they gonna do that?

I am assuming that this will be for businesses and they charge if they want more than 100 (to distribute for some reason) However if it isnt, not really anything to worry about since they havent taken any payment details

Isolate your water to your toilet.
Remove your cistern top and flush your loo.
If there is any water left in it and the so called 'save a flush' doesn't sit above the water line, you wont save any water after your first flush
most cisterns dont fully empty.
gimmick ;)

I have two of these and they work great. They are very simple to install.

What exactly are they? Isnt it true that you can use an empty plastic bottle to do the same thing?
#16
I was just trying to make a point that they are useless in most cisterns unless they are bigger in volume than the amount of water left in the tank.

Thats what i said about he plastic bottle butnobody said yes or no
#22
brick/plastic bottle, yes, but as I said it wont make any difference if it isn't above the water line after a flush. In most cisterns there isn't room to do this because of the ball cock.
Its a popular misconception that they save you water, they dont.
Put one in by all means if it makes you happy. :)

Well its free and at least it gives you the feeling that you are doing something good - that is better than actually doing something good sometimes!
