GOOGLE EARTH PRO - NOW FREE FOREVER! (Win, Mac & Linux) PRO Version with Lifetime Licence Key FREE @ Google (Was £220 per year)

Formally taken from this Deal, which was listed almost 2 years ago now (1 year, and 11 months+ to be exact ... ) here:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/freebies/google-earth-pro-now-free-forever-win-mac-linux-pro-version-with-lifetime-licence-2132848

Every so often you come across a smoking hot freebie! - this is one of them!!

Google has just nixed the subscription fee for Google Earth Pro, dropping it from $400 a year to completely lifetime free.

Sign up is no longer required for Google Earth Pro. Click the link to download Earth Pro, then sign in using your email address and the License Key 'GEPFREE'

So what’s different about Google Earth Pro that once made it $400 a year? It’s primarily good for project planning and tinkering with data. It’s not something everyone will need — but hey, it’s free now!

WHAT IS GOOGLE EARTH
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+
Google Earth is a geospatial software application that displays a virtual globe, which offers the ability to analyze and capture geographical data.

GOOGLE EARTH FREE vs PRO
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+
There are several differences between the free version of Google Earth and Google Earth Pro.

The free version of Google Earth lets you print screen resolution images, whereas Google Earth Pro offers premium high resolution photos. The free version of Google Earth requires you to manually geo-locate geographic information system (GIS) images, but Google Earth Pro helps you automatically find them. And the free version of Google Earth only allows you to import image files that are up to a max texture size, but Google Earth Pro offers Super Image Overlays that are more than the max texture size.

GOOGLE EARTH PRO
+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+
Google Earth provides entertainment and information for personal use; Google Earth Pro offers powerful features for professional and commercial use. Although our imagery is the same in both products, they're distinguishable by their functionality:

For professional and commercial uses, Google Earth Pro is the ultimate research, presentation, and collaboration tool for geographic information. If you're using Google Earth for business purposes, Pro is the version for you. Pro includes all features available in the free version of Google Earth, plus the following:

- An area-measurement tool (that measures square feet, miles, acres, radii, etc.)
- Data importing, which allows you to ingest up to 2,500 locations by address or by latitude/longitudinal coordinates
- The highest resolution printing and saving capabilities, which enable larger, clearer printouts (up to 4,800 pixels)
- Movie maker, which allows you to export movies of zooms and tours
- GIS data import, which allows you to drag and drop SHP files, GeoTiffs, etc.
- Premium printing, which enables you to print high-resolution images up to 11" x 17" (4,800 pixels)

LINUX: If you follow the link from a Linux box (with your browser identifying as such), it will auto download GoogleEarthLinux.bin I did it originally on a Ubuntu box, but just tried again via my laptop running Kali (a debian variant) and got the same there. so Linux should be included. [Thanks Mex5150]

The original link to this is a bit ambiguous now, but, by playing with the Google link for some time, I was able to come to some sort of amicable link here:

https://support.google.com/earth/answer/168344?hl=en&ref_topic=4363014

And via this other link here:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/freebies/google-earth-pro-free-used-sell-for-399-2190687

I also discovered this link as well:

https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en_uk/earth/download/gep/agree.html

Which too seemed appropriate for this purpose. :-)

The link's again:

It was recycled by myself, as per the credit pertaining to such (as mentioned in my above Post Description?, from the start ... )

As for your original Deal being expired or whatever?, no idea where that one is concerned?.

But, fair enough ...
