years ago this used to be 100% free I remember doing it with my 19 and 16 year old

I now have a 4 and 2 year old think they can post one without a stamp and I will print a more personalised reply at home and put it on the doormat as if its been posted at least its guaranteed to get here :p

I've tried this for the last year and a year before and they never came (just wasted stamps for no reason). Had to do my own letter at the end.this year I won't even bother.I guess Santa doesn't operate in our area. Could have at least send some coal or something.

In your title you say 'Need to Send a Stamp"..You mean you have to send a stamp inside the envelope to pay for reply? (As well as putting one on the envelope?)
