Just wanted to give people that bought a deal for either the £14.99 package or the £9.99 package that you can upgrade for free and get more per time then before.

I had one account with the £9.99 which was 1 dvd a time and now changed that to 2 dvd at a time for the same price.
Just login to your lovefilm and change your package to the new £9.99 and you will get a extra dvd every time you return it.
If you had the £14.99 package that included 2 dvd/games thats now £14.99 for 3 dvd/games so you can upgrade for free.
Very simple. Login to your lovefilm and goto your account and then to Change package and then choose the one that has the same price and the upgrade price is free. (if you want to test try another package thats higher and you will get a message
Cost to upgrade: £**.**
Change to: Unlimited (3 discs at home) - £13.27/month this was from a £9.99 package.
If you do the right upgrade you will get
Please confirm that you wish to change your subscription package.
Change to: Unlimited (2 disc at home) - £9.99/month
No extra charge if you notice. Be quick before they stop this if they can.
Your pre paid date will not change. As will stay the same.

Not sure if its a deal but I think people will want to do this as you get double the £9.99 package.
Slight correction:

I know... Im shocked the current customers that PAY for it are not being put on the new packages automatically. Seems a little nasty :(
I can't see how they can charge you more and I waited 2 days before I posted this and no extra money was taken, If there is a charge you will be told before you change your package. If i was you I would contact them. This price changes was only sone a couple of days ago to.
It stays the same. Because the price changes and new package deals you just get upgraded the current price is the same.

I had the deal from Toshiba for 12mths membership, it was standard 1 dvd per time and I upgraded to 2 dvds it did not show any charge at all and I thought great but was actually charged 12mths subscription to my card about 10 days later.
What you are saying now may be different but when I did it I thought it was a freebie until being charged the extra.

The groupon was set as a value and not as a freebie. I think that is the difference. I checked my bank now and no extra charges. Maybe as yours was a 1 dvd package and not a set price that is why. But i would have contacted them.
