Well, another edition on Amazon has 300 works included:

Twain was one of the most prolific authors ever so 13 works is only just touching the surface.

Firstly, buying from the USA site is easy. Second, my post was just pointing out that some "Complete editions" have 300 works rather than just 13. Thirdly, here is the same book on the UK site (still out of print)
