  apparently O2 to O2 is free as my mate tried to run down £20 of credit he had to top up with for his phone and ended up a free call to me

  o2 to o2 can be free if you are on the certain allowance i.e. 300 free texts but i think you require £15 top up each month

  I top-up £10 month and get 1000 minutes or texts (combine) to 10 my O2 numbers. Plus 300 texts anywhere for the same £10.

  I thought I would post some useful information on O2 Bolt Ons available to all Pay & Go customers so that you can make the most of your calltime credit.
  
  To receive 100 anytime UK landline minutes (numbers starting 01, 02 or 03) text the word LAND to 21300. This will cost £5 which will be deducted from your calltime balance.
  
  Enjoy 1000 minutes or texts to your ten favourite O2 numbers. Mix them any way you like for just £5 a month. To add this to your Pay & Go account simply text the word TEN to 21300.
  
  Or you could enjoy 250 off-peak standard minutes each month from your home postcode area to UK fixed lines and other O2 mobiles for just £4.99 per month. To add this simply text the word HOME 250 to 21300.
  
  You can also choose O2 Home 100 which gives you 100 anytime any newtork minutes again from your home postcode area. Simply text HOME 100 to 21300. This costs £9.99 per month.
  
  I hope these bolt ons are handy for some of you. Please note you are only allowed one HOME bolt on at anytime. I have the Home 100 bolt on, O2 Numbers bolt on and 500 free texts. All that for just a £15 top up.

  It's great to point this out but if you're spending £15-£20 a month on pay as you go, it will usually cost less to move over to a cheap contract

  Same here cant get anything near what £10 a month (well £8.50 as I get top-ups from ebay) payg gives me.

  Not if you need to be on O2:thumbsup: for starters my £10 top-ups cost £8.50 I get 1000 mins/text to my ten top O2 numbers 300 any net texts, plus 50 minutes anytime any net calls, plus Im still left with £4 credit to spend as I want. As all the mobiles I call are O2 and I rarely ring landlines from it I'm laughing!
