None for Greenwich !
unlikely to get any free tickets to the Simpson film as they know its going to do well !
you only seem to get free ticket for film their not sure how they are going to do when released so they give out free screening and ask you what you thought of it

Very true, although I think a lot of it is word of mouth - they want you to tell all your friends how good it was rather doing it mainly for feedback.

Also Simpsons is out friday and only premiered in Springfield very recently, so no advance screenings over here. Would have been allocated weeks ago if there were going to be any.

This film is bound to be rubbish judging by the amount of previews that have appeared!

I think it's just a very intense marketing campaign. Actually, if the film was **** the chances are they wouldn't be doing advanced previews... the idea is that you see it, like it and go and tell all of your friends how great it is. If the film was rubbish they'd probably just grab money from people straight away...

What? You mean like all those free-screenings for TRANSFORMERS - one of the most hyped films of the summer? That nobody would have been to see otherwise without the free screenings? :)

The free screenings are done for word of mouth marketing - you go for free and then tell your friends how good the film was.

Yup, I've got a couple of tickets for Worcester too. It's been a while since I've been to the Worcester Odeon (since Vue came into town). :-D

this movie is not very good - not really a comedy or romance, it kind of floats off and becomes a bit of a depressing drama.

Thanks for this, voted hot, but not in my area so not able to take advantage of this freebie :-(

Yeah tell me about it! Havent ever ventured in there since Warner Village/VUE opened up. Apparently they've had to change their whole attitude and actually clean the place up and be nice. We'll see monday i guess! ;)
