Was gonna post this. Couldn't find your post by searching, then just as about to submit for first ever deal it said it was similar to yours =[
Thought it must be on here!

Got this with the orange Box but have never got around to playing it... will do sometime but I've recently rediscovered Counter Strike: Source which is stealing away the hours of my evenings!

Me too but, purely by co-incidence, I played it for the first time a couple of weeks ago.

Awesome game.

#24
Yet again, having probs!!! You have 2 create a account yes?
It keeps saying "We recommend that you create a unique password for Steam. Never share passwords between your Steam and email accounts. " and will not let me get a account?

Somewhere on page one it says.
#26
Download is just under 4 gbs so will take a little while. And yes you have to download steam and create an account. It may be a bit of a faff but is worth it in the long run.
#27
Shame it had to be chained to Steam. I HATE STEAM...

Great game. The Xbox 360 version has induced some serious late night gaming sessions and bleary-eyed regret at work the following day.
#29
File size? Also do you need to be online to play? :)

You need to sign into Steam, so yeah.
I think file size was something like 3986MB

Great game, already have in Orange Box for 360 but probably would have eventually bought PC version too. I tried running on netbook, was a bit too laggy :-)
#31
i dont have enough room shame
#32
Steam is fantastic - great freebie many thanks for posting

No you dont have to be online you just have to set steam to offline mode which requires saving your password/username etc and an initial sign in
#35
I played up to level 11 and am unimpressed.

You don't have to download it straight away, it'll add the game permanently to your Steam account and you'll be able to download it for free whenever you like forever. I assume you'll have room eventually

Oh if only I had a £1 for every time this had been posted in the last 24 hours

The original and the best post and bumped to hopefully alert people to it
#38
Hmm it downloaded in about 20 minutes at 500Kb and says 4.5 gig on properties within steam but 1.5 elsewhere, weird.

Ironically, you'd have earned more from this deal than Steam :P

Played through this on 360 via the Orange Box, absolutely fantastic game.

I want a companion cube.
