How does a free game go cold ?

It's a good reminder for those that haven't added to their Uplay account yet.

Users have been abusing the 'cold' button lately.

It was already posted. It isn't as if this is a thing that is a couple years old, the deal was posted within the month about the free monthly game, you can't keep posting it within that month.

It's pretty amazing Ubisoft's giving that game away as it only came out two years ago.

Somehow I seem to have The Crew now? Not sure if I installed it previously or not. And I don't recall playing it.

It's no different to Steam basically.

I went on the Uplay Client and it says get "The Crew for free on September 14th" ? Maybe it has something to do with that?

Or origin from EA, just annoying to have to install programs to install programs. All insist on trying to start at boot and hog resources.

It's not just games either, iTunes and Amazon are the same. Run MSCONFIG and disable those gits... long live the cassette tape

I play Far Cry and Assassins Creed through it. The interface is clean, much better than Origin.

They don't 'insist'; the loading at boot time is easily turned off in the options.
