Sunday 20 July will give savvy fashionistas the chance to get a fabulous makeover before strutting their stuff down a 100m catwalk. Regent Street is home to some of the world’s leading retailers including Burberry, Topshop and Superdry so there is plenty to ensure you get your fashion fix.
The Victoria & Albert Museum will also be in attendance on Sunday to celebrate their Year of Fashion during Summer Streets. The world leading museum will collaborate with Regent Street to host a fashion pop-up in the Quadrant Arcade as part of the specially curated day of fashion. A selection of V&A fashion accessories, prints, books and stationery will be available and visitors will have the opportunity to take part in free fashion illustration workshops throughout the day.
With traffic free streets, members of the public are also encouraged to travel to Regent Street by bike and take advantage of Havebike’s free bike MOT’s and parking units provided by Cyclehoop. Live music and dancing from the City Academy will form the backdrop for this very fashionable day out.
