  i reverted to the old minecraft version (to use the duplication glitch cause i is greedy) loaded a skin pack, and now ll the characters are ghosts!

  It's still the summer of arcade advert you need to click on but this week it's changed to a 'wreckateer' theme.
  Just click on this and you get the suitcase with the offers.
  You can click on the small wreckateer advert from 'home' or the larger summer of arcade wreckateer advert from 'games'.
  The larger ad is the one that keeps changing every few seconds so you may need to wait for it to appear or forward it manually)

  Click on the summer of arcade advert (this week its the 'wreckateer' theme).Then click on the trials evolution offer.
  You don't have to click on the advert really as it just says this from the suitcase:
  
  To access the new tracks, start Trials Evolution, choose 'Track Central', then 'Get tracks' and the summer of arcade track should be there.
