This book is a good guide to add to your collection for all yoga practitioners out there. This is a short book but sharp, concise and to the point. It lays down a simple 10 day plan that anyone can follow. And, most importantly, is easy to follow. For the price I paid though, I would have loved for there to be more content but all in all, a good guide.
