"Our collect in store service means that you can place your order and pick it up from within 1 hour in selected stores with a photolab or from 7 days in selected other stores. Plus you won't need to pay a delivery charge which means you can spend more on your photos.

Please note that the collect in store service is available for 4x6", 5x7", 6x8", 8x10" and 8x12" prints plus most photo gifts."

It doesn't matter, waste of time anyway as they'll end up in the bin, really poor prints.

Can you be more specific? Are you talking from experience and if so, what was wrong with them? I've had loads of free prints from lots of different online companies and none of them have ever been close to that sort of quality.

From experience, dull photos, poor colour. Slated by Which? as well.
