Register with Egg Money Manager and recieve £10 when you register your first non-Egg bank account between now and 31 July 2007. Available possibly only to Egg customers who don't use Money Manager, but if it helps at least one person then I am happy. Tried multiple search strings and I can't find this posted already, but apologies if it is.

Terms and Conditions:

£10 Egg Money Manager reward is available to Egg Card customers who have activated their Egg Card, Egg Money customers who have activated their Egg Money card and Egg Savings customers (excluding Egg Cash ISA customers unless they also have an Egg Savings Account, Egg Card or Egg Money card). In each case, to qualify for the £10, you must register and add at least one non-Egg account to Egg Money Manager between 1 July 2007 and 31 July 2007. The £10 reward is also available to Egg Card customers, Egg Money customers and Egg Savings customers who have already registered for Egg Money Manager and activated it by adding their first non-Egg account between 1 July 2007 and 31 July 2007. Your £10 will be credited by 31 August 2007. Your £10 will be paid to your Egg Card, if you have one. If you do not have an Egg Card but have an Egg Money account, your £10 will be credited to this. Or, if you have neither, but have an Egg Saving Account, we will credit your £10 to this account. If you have multiple Egg Savings Accounts, the £10 will be credited to a specific account of our choosing. If you have already registered and added a non-Egg account to your Egg Money Manager you are not eligible for this offer.

Just the way it goes I guess. Not bothered, I have signed up for it and other than having to use IE (would prefer Firefox), it is extremely useful, even without the £10 incentive. Its means I can keep track of money from 4 different providers in one place.

Alex.

I'm still not convinced ..

When you log in to Egg, using a PC that you've upgraded with Egg Money Manager, your other bank's security details are collected from the password safe on your PC. These details are sent, via your computer, to your bank so you can access your accounts with them securely. Your other bank's balances are then collected and displayed on the 'Your money' page here at Egg, alongside your Egg balances.

I've used this for a couple of years now with no problems. I added my external bank account on it back then, so I'm a little confused if I can still get this ten pounds now for adding a further non egg account to it, or whether it has to be my first. I got nothing back then for doing it, so it really is money for nothing.

Ooops, just seen this.

I would prefer Firefox too, but they don't seem to allow it.

Using IE only means attracting viruses. :whistling:
