Looks pretty but how do I use it? No instructions. Says it works with a compatible launcher. Will I have one built in to the phone or do I download that too?

very unlikely the default launcher will have icon pack support default launchers are way to basic. Look on Google play for something like ADW/Nova Launcher/Apex Launcher these definitely support them
