  Works for me. Seems like they use JavaScript to detect whether your email address is valid or not. This is what I did:
  
  1. Go to http://edu.trendmicro.fr/
  2. Enter your email address into the box (not one like in the OP - as obviously you can't get on it to retrieve your key)
  3. DON'T click the button - press Enter instead. This bypasses the email address check.
  4. It will seem like nothing has happened as the screen will give no confirmation, but check your emails. It's there.
  
  I don't actually want the anti-virus as I'm happy with mine, so here's my serial for anyone who wants it:

  tried the way mentioned above but pressing eneter instead of clicking is doing nothing 4 me, tried firefox and IE. Tried Clicking the button also but as we were told it doesnt work either.

  it did work properly when i posted it but they added the JavaScript but
  thx to oldmanhouse finding a way around it
