OK so its probably not worth switching to British Gas for if you have a cheaper deal elsewhere, but if you're already a British Gas customer and haven't registered your Nectar card yet then this is what you can get: -

Having your Gas with British Gas - 200 points per year
Having your Electricity with British Gas - 200 points per year
Dual Fuel - 400 extra points per year (in addition to above points)
HomeCare 100 - 200 points per year
HomeCare 200 - 200 points per year
HomeCare 300 - 400 points per year
HomeCare 400 - 600 points per year
Customer Bonus - 200 points per year


In addition to the above you can also earn the following bonus points: -

Set up a Direct Debit - 800 points (and will probably reduce your bills)
Submit Quarterly Meter Readings Online - 400 points per year (per fuel)
Switch to Paperless Billing - 250 points per fuel
