  Just had a wee look there. First guy on the list was UK and the third was from Dundee so not just the US it seems. Presumably more Americans do it so it's much more likely for someone from the US to win.

  Apparantly Microsoft Points can expire, I've lost 2,520 points which I received through 'goodwill' from Microsoft? Odd. /offtopic
  
  UPDATE 2:
  Blunder on Microsofts side, they expired a bunch of points at the start of the month ( :O maybe to fund the instant wins??! ) so everybody keep an eye on your points!
