I have a very confusing question. I need fixed sequence for the following numbers:

The question is, how do i get from 4 to 0.25 bck to 4 nd then 0.25. I hve tried dividing by 16 nd multiplying by 16 which is wrong becuse it hs to be just one thing e.g either divd more...

so im on an o2 contract and i have another year and a bit left, if i ring them can i upgrade the contract so pay more for more minutes or texts or whatever or am i fixed on this specific contract to the end
