They are refusing to exchange or refund a 1 day old(in fact less than 24 hours) PS3, it powers on but the drive doesnt load anything.

They just said phone Sony but I said the sale of goods act says they have to exchange or refund but they refused.

Im right arent I?

Having a nightmare with sky at the moment.

I had (have) a sky + box in living room and multiroom in bedroom. 2 weeks ago I cancelled multiroom, receiving freesat channels only in the bedroom. Sky + worked fine downstairs with all subscription channels.

We got a new sky + box, engineer came last more...

I'm after a nice creamy natural yoghurt that isn't high in fat. So far I've tried asda smartprice and asda good for you and they're both really bitter.

my grandad is in critical care today.... kidney failure, pneumonia and weak heart so basically its anytime he can go. went to se him and he was struggling on machines so was hard to see. but the thing is that there has been famly tensions for a long time as he has given my parents a lot of grief ove more...

Got no hose in the garden and until i get one put in I'm after an adapter that fixes to the kitchen sink tap which i then can connect to a hose.

I have 49 glass building bricks/blocks. 25 blue and 24 white or clear. They were used in a wall inside a house that I renovated.
