Looks like you may have to cancel the Setanta during month 2 to avoid being charged £9.99 in month 3.

Found that now. For soem reason it doesn't appear under "TalkTalk" deals even though it was listed under that retailer. Odd, don't know if there is a problem there Mods??

Thought I'd just say that the box might take a couple of weeks to arrive, but it does work OK. Only let down is that the Electronic Program Guide isn't as good as most other boxes, for instance you can't see what is on multiple channels 'at a glance', just a list of channels, or a mildly confusing now and next on one channel at a time. I've got mine now after ordering it about 2 weeks ago, and I've got to write to Setanta to extend the free offer accordingly.

hi wtch out for the 18 month contract


ring them and aske i mean talk talk and Setanta

i got this offer and the box they sent was not working and they did not send my card when i told them to stop it they said it will be 18 month contract

just make 100% befor you sign up

T&C's say

:
Minimum Term: any Pre-Paid Period, and the minimum term during which you are obligated to first subscribe to the Service under this Contract which minimum term may be a period of up to twelve (12) months from the date on which you first subscribe to the Service unless otherwise agreed in the Option chosen by you.
I think they advertise as no contract now anyway?! Anyone confirm?
