I wouldn't touch this company ever again.

Not only do they give a discount code then cancel it and then charge you 2 months later ........the staff on the enquiry line are the rudest most iggnorant people I've ever spoken too.

They have recently had 15 accounts closed by me and my family alone, including GUS marshall ward as they are really bad for their service.

I got stung by the £25 voucher aswell, haven't done anything about it yet. ie paid them.

Anyone got away with it- I bought a wii remote holder thingy, they sent me a different one to the one that was pictured, maybe I can complain and send it back?

They are effectively an incentive for new customers to join, but they will charge you full price after a couple of months cos they are cants.

Wouldn't touch Littlewoods again after being stung by the £25 fiasco. I have spoken to trading standards and they say its illegal for them to charge you after the contract has been formed. Also if you pay by credit card they set up a credit account for you which is also illegal. So have sent them a letter advising them of this and just waiting for the outcome. Hope this helps if anyone else in the same position.
