Various Wii packages IN STOCK from £179.99 @ 24 Studio

This was posted a couple of days ago, with discount codes too.....

"Unfortunately we can only accept online orders up to a value of £150.00, Please contact our customer careline with your order details or amend your order and checkout again."

I rang them to place an order for a Wii @ £179.00. On the website it says delivery within 28 days.

Realising I had been routed to a dreaded Indian call centre, just to make sure of the order I quoted this to the rep and she confirmed that it WOULD be delivered within 28 days and she proceeded to take my details down. Then, without taking payment, she said "ok Sir, your orderis confirmed. Please make payment on delivery"

I found this a bit odd so I asked if I could pay there and then and she said "you will need to call our customer helpdesk to make payment". I asked if she could give me an order reference and she said I didnt need one.

So I end that call then call their customer helpdesk, wait for 25 mins to be seen to and a British call centre rep answers the phone. I tell her of my situation and she then tells me that the sales rep should not have said it will be delivered within 28 days and in fact theres no guarantee you'll get it before Xmas. She also says that I'll have to call back in 3/4 days to cancel my order as the order will not come up on the screen until a credit check has been made on me!

Utter B****cks.
