I am very tempted with this deal. Especially as the company is connected to Phones4u in some way, so it looks more trustworthy than some companies. Also its good to join them if they have just launched, they are less likely to go bnkrupt during your contract.
I say this as I was going to join a contract like this from mobilephonesontheweb.com - some people gave good reviews, and it had been going for a year or two I think. But I didnt go for it in the end, it seemed too dodgy. I have checked back about 3 months later, they have shut up shop, ran out of money and people are left with paying off the contract.
If the company does go bust, sometimes the network operator will be sympathetic with the situation - I have heard people with cut rate contract, and being given the phone and contract ended early.
Remember, there is no such think as a free lunch (well except in some cases thanks to HUKD :D). Its a risk you have to decide if you want to take - think about it a free phone, free contract and £45 quidco is almost too good to be true - some people are lucky, others arent. If you are already on a £35 p/m or so contract already then there is less risk for you, as you would be paying near what the offer is asking anyway. I only spend about £15 a month so I aint risking it.
