Guitar Hero 3 (with wireless guitar) on XBox 360/PS3 - £54.87 delivered

Wait until Rock Band comes out, this'll probably be £30 by then. I'm not playing price wars because Rock Band got delayed.

£53 is a damn cheap price, (i pre-ordered it ages ago when it was flagged as a hot deal) Rock Band is going to cost a lot more then that and they have a completely different set of songs.

GH3 is going to rock, plus it comes with the only official wireless guitar, Rock Band only gives you 1 guitar and it's wired, you can use the GH3 guitar with RB though..

Plus, GH3 has "Knights of Cydonia" and "The Metal" (by the D!)

If you get the Wii version then it actually works out at £50.95 (with the 2% voucher) and then you get 4% Quidco on top of that, bringing it in around £48.90 delivered. Best price I've heard of yet!

The wii versions a rip off as you have to have a wiimote to use it

if you play on playing 2 player yeah that is a rip off as its an extra £30 on top of another guitar, but if your a single player then you get one with the wii so no bones there

Yeh i know but it should be the cheaper as the games less graphically enchanced and all you get is a guitar shell whereas the 360 + ps2+ps3 version are all wireless sep

Well, it is cheaper (apart from the PS2 version), going by the prices above. My Wii version will be about £4 cheaper than the XBox360 and the PS3 versions.

The Wii controller will have exclusive features that the others don't, like using the 'rumble' and speaker in the Wii remote to differentiate who's playing bum notes in the Battle rounds against another player. Also, the initial reports on the PS3 and XBox360 guitars is that sometimes the buttons don't register properly so at least my Wii guitar will work properly...

Few people buy GH games for the graphics, it's mostly for the gameplay, I don't think the Wii will let people down at all as everyone knows it's less graphics intensive than other systems.

Personally I just don't feel I'm being ripped off, but others might.

The Wii version has no downloadable content at this time, might be something to bear in mind.

dont know if your aware but rock bands had some horrific reviews of being unfriendly and well just jumping on guitar heros bandwagon and badly!!

I've only read positive comments up until your post, but how exactly does Rock Band jump on the GH bandwagon when it's the natural evolution from the developers of GH and GHII?
