Yeah, I've just had the same unsolicited email from them, note that there's no unsubscribe either.

I took out cover after seeing the cheap deal on MSE, what a nightmare they turned out to be!
I was unlucky enough to make a claim while I was away in France this year and took the best part of 3 months to claim my expenses back, would never use them again, very rude staff, my advice would be to avoid at all costs.

We're sorry to hear about the lack of an un-subscribe option. This was a small sample to test a new system and this issue has now been rectified so thanks for letting us know.

Re:leesadlier - Very sorry to hear about your claims issue. If you would like us to look into your claim and review the service levels of the claims team at our Insurer, Europ Assistance, please email me privately with a claim reference and contact details. We handle £35million of insurance premium each year and, whilst we will always have some disappointed clients, we want to learn from them and ensure these issues are minimised in future.
