I was looking for something like this... I usually use a pillow to keep the notebook blowing hot air on my belly (whilst lying down on bed and browsing). Now that extra pillow goes back under my head. It's looks like a practical product... voted hot.

scrooge:
look neat but I use a Targus Coolpad as that gives clearance underneath my laptop for cooling. That crushtop looks like it won't allow any air circulation underneath your laptop so expect your fans to kick in more often![/IMG]

Agreed.

I have also been looking at things to sit a laptop on. I like the Belkin POCKETTOP which is like the sleevetop but has a handy pocket for all your cables, etc.Selling in Staples for £19.99 last time I looked.

My husband has a laptop stand from www.lapworks.co.uk. He has the lightweight one but the chunkier one also looks good and they have the advantage of being dual purpose- use on a lap and on a table.

I am, hopefully, getting this one for Christmas:

It retails for £17.15.

Too many choices!!

Does anyone know the dimensions e.g. will it take a 15" sized or a 15" widescreen like mine or larger?

Wouldn't want it hanging off the end!

I have a 15.4" which fits fine.

I have had one I picked up in the states ages ago, it is superb and the angle is just right for my lap.

It is also stiff enough to let the air get in underneath, I sometime have it on for hours and hours, with no problem so far.

Great price I think mine was $39.
