Not sure about the paper one.

But the online one is a good source of free giffy bags and £5 sim card in my household. I think it is one per household but as soon as they deliver it your record is out. Then you can order another.

Definitely yes.. register the card online on your existing account (click on 'add number' button) and then call them and ask them to merge airtime to your existing SIM on the same account.. they will do it.. HTH

Tried it a couple of times and was told no. They will only transfer credit that you have purchased.
