Good price for an HDMI and USB Upscaler. But how did you get the title price?

Price is £22.99 + Delivery at £6.10 + VAT = £34.18.

I have this, it does an okay job at upscalling, but the interface and menus are some of the most confusing I ever used.

Due to previous scan offers where they were giving away free delivery for life a lot of members on here and other forums now have free delivery at scan which is why it's quoted at that price I think.

However the price is now £29.35
