(i don't particularly like the new look over the old one - but css sites are brilliant for speed and load issues - so whether you like it or not, is it heping you. But I think now the mods have taken notice of the gripes made by posters, including this thread. It's served its purpose. The management I'm sure would be the first to admit the rollout was a disaster - though I'm sure forced upon them due to the site grinding to a halt at times - but they are now sorting things out, so I don't want to be accused of continually moaning)


OK, there are plenty of bitching topics. This one is simple.

Sign below your name/forum name, leaving comments for other topics.

This way the management can see exactly how many people are demanding a return to the old site - at least until they provide a new one that actually works.

Ok petitions are pointless and annoying, but maybe HUKDs are different and will listen.

Once again - comment elsewhere - just sign your name or forum name below - nothing else. The post count will be our total, so if you don't agree with the premise - dont post.

**Please press CTRL+F5 before posting, as this fixes a lot of issues (the new design is still awful though)...***

The old format was far better. Simple as that really. However, since I have personally saved a small fortune thanks to this site I am loath to moan about those who put the effort in to keep it going. That said, the new version does look awful. Sorry.

Awful, awful, awful! Navigation has been made near-impossible, there are bugs and error messages everywhere, this looks like a pre-alpha version of a website, not a mainstream popular one.

Admin, for pointlessly trying to climb on the Web2.0 bandwagon by sneakily introducing a buggy, botched, unusable site, without informing or consulting the users, during the busiest time of the year, I'm afraid I have to tell you:

I vote for the old site - it was simple and easy to see what was on offer.
There is just too much on the screen on the new site and nothing distinctive enough like headings.
What was wrong with the old one anyway?

I vote for the old site too, much clearer and easier to use, this new layout has far too much blank space and poor separation between posts. Oh, and the text box I'm typing into has an absolutely tiny font size, have to strain to read it.

And while we are bitching about the new layout - take the web designer, put him on his knees and execute him. One shot from a Desert Eagle to his temple would be fine.

Doing this a few weeks before Christmas was a shockingly stupid decision.
